Hike Hardy Lake Provincial Park

Known for its Instagram-worthy hiking trail, Hardy Lake, just 30-minutes South West of Huntsville, is a hikers paradise. A day park only (there is no overnight camping allowed), there are a few different trail options for all different levels of hikers. You’ll need to complete the longest trail (9km) in order to reach the famous Instagram photo spot where the boardwalk stretches out over the lake!

See a concert at the Kee to Bala

The coolest place to catch a summer concert, the Kee to Bala hosts many big-name artists each year. This year The Recklaws, The Glorious Sons and The Sheepdogs are just some of the big names playing at the Kee to Bala. Make sure you catch a concert when you’re in town!

Take a private wake board or wake surf lesson with Muskoka Wake

Muskoka premier water sports school, Muskoka Wake operates across Lake Muskoka, Lake Rosseau, Lake Joseph, and Lake of Bays. We took a lesson last summer and had a blast! The team at Muskoka Wake was great at teaching us how to safely wakeboard and water ski. We highly recommend booking a lesson with them!

Where spa meets beer, the Muskoka Beer Spa is exactly how it sounds. Their motto is detox, retox, relax. Which means while lounging by the pool or sweating in the sauna, you can also be drinking beer. It’s a hot summer destination for Ontarians, and we don’t want you to miss it on your next trip north!
