Luxury Picnics at an Ontario Lavender Farm

This summer’s picnic series at Purple Hill Lavender is themed An Evening in the Fields. For three nights only, during peak lavender season, you’ll be able to book a luxury picnic and enjoy charcuterie and beverages among rows and rows of beautiful lavender. The picnic series is set outside regular operating hours so ticket holders can enjoy “golden hour” without regular crowds.

Purple Hill Lavender Farm is a pet-friendly farm (must be on leash) and is stroller and wheel-chair friendly. The farm also has a wonderful gift shop where they sell locally-made lavender products.

It’s the perfect place for a casual photo op or lunch-time picnic! Pack your own picnic lunch and visit the farm during regular hours and feel free to sit amongst the fields and enjoy your meal. (Note: The farm has bees and bees love lavender, so be prepared!)
