Things to do at This Unique Mississauga Hotel
Go paddleboarding. Head down the Credit River on a paddleboard with Paddle On. Their team of professionals will guide you or you can rent paddleboards from them with all of the safety gear included. Book ahead as walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
Go for a scenic walk. Check out Rattray Marsh Conservation Area, the last remaining lakefront marsh of its kind between Toronto and Burlington. There is a really nice boardwalk to walk along and a rocky beach. Lots of wildlife can be spotted here, so bring your camera! It’s open from sunrise to sunset, dogs are welcome and parking is free!
Take a pilates or yoga class. There are many studios in the city but we took a class at Pilates Colours. The studio offers mat and reformer classes, building on mindfulness, core strength and stability. Such a nice way to start the day!
Visit the Spa at Glenerin Inn. Located inside the popular Mississauga Hotel, the Spa at Glenerin Inn is so relaxing and rejuvenating. Book a single treatment or a whole spa day and sit back, relax and get pampered.

Get a facial at Puka Skincare. For the best facial in Mississauga, book at Puka Skincare. Back to basics is the owner’s mindset. Using facial massage and focusing on balancing the skin’s microbiome, Puka Skincare’s owner has perfected facials especially for those suffering with acne-prone skin.
Where to eat
Reds Wine Tavern. After a shopping spree at Square One, grab a table at Red’s Wine Tavern and enjoy some craft cocktails and fine dining.
Nourishmoi. For healthy eats and treats check out Nourishmoi on Lakeshore not far from the waterfront / paddleboarding spot. Everything is thoughtfully made with organic ingredients, from scratch, so you know exactly what you’re eating. The avocado toast, smoothies and wellness shots were just what we needed!
Pur & Simple. A popular brunch spot, Pur & Simple is located inside Heartland Town Centre (a popular outdoor shopping centre). A lot of healthy options to choose from and excellent takeout options. We love their smoothies!
